At ITAL-TAP, using only our own resources and technology, we carry out all the processing stages necessary for the construction of a range of bodies and complete sets of single-hole and sink units or wall-mounted installations. The raw material, consisting of brass bars, complying with strict UNI standards, undergoes an initial hot forging or shell casting treatment, followed by meticulous mechanical machining on TRANSFER CNC machines and surface finishing treatments. Once the surface treatments such as chrome and nickel plating have been carried out, most of the assembly operations are entrusted to automated and robotic processes that guarantee not only high productivity but also stable and homogenous quality in production batches. All ITAL-TAP production bodies and single-hole sink sets, during the processing stages and before packaging, are rigorously subjected to a series of tests to verify the correspondences and tolerances dictated by the standards of Ministerial Decree no. 174 of 6 April 2004. The decades of experience of our management and production technicians, together with the verifiable recognition of our customers, allow us to affirm that ITAL-TAP production offers the highest market standards, in addition to the guarantees and certifications obtained to date.
